My, look what we have here! Another Revolutionary Girl Utena design! This design wasn't hard to create, its just a couple brushes plastered on an image and organized nicely. However, the coding was all me! I love the outcome of this design though, very simplistic, and eleganty? Personally, I would use this for an art-related website, since its a small design. Perhaps a porfolio as well.
This design features Utena, from my favorite anime series, Revolutionary Girl Utena. Its coded completely in DIVS/CSS (thanks Fanta).
How to Use
I have no idea were you are planning to put your site title, I didn't even know where to place it...sorry!!! >_<; Maybe this can be one of those, title-less designs? Also, this design doesn't use subheaders because I really don't think they're necessisary for this design.
